Could Salmond be our next Deputy PM?

A CORRESPONDENT wrote in recently saying vote Green and you may get blue. Well I can think of a lot worse scenarios than a green/blue coalition.
The massive support for the Scottish Nationalist Party means it is likely that Westminster will have Alex Salmond as our Deputy Prime Minister.
The SNP has stated it will not support a Conservative government so we will likely have a SNP/Labour coalition.
It was the Scottish MPs who voted to introduce university tuition fees in the UK while simultaneously keeping tuition free in Scotland.
Ed Miliband has already promised lots of extra Scottish nurses if he gets elected. Scotland already benefits from the Barnett formula at the expense of the British taxpayer.
So if the idea of Alex Salmond running our country worries you, vote green, blue or yellow.

The thought that wee 'Eck could be deputy PM is quite worrying.

Hopefully it will help focus the English electorate on the fact that if you are indecisive or make a "statement" vote for a tertiary party - you will probably end up with somone you definitely don't want.

Susan Thomas would be glad to have a green/blue coalition. What, with the greens virtually ineffective and the blues continuing to run this country down even further, and widening the gap between rich and poor? Not my idea of an ideal result, thank you.
